The best car buying experience ever! When my old reliable Toyota Corolla with over 246,000 miles finally needed it's first major repair, I knew it was time for an upgrade. I went to Krause Toyota because on a few previous inspection visits, I was always treated fairly by the service people. No one ever tried to talk me into unnecessary work to increase their bottom line. I was originally looking to purchase a pre-owned car and was shown a few then my wonderful salesman Doc Laba showed me comparisons between a new car and the others I had looked at. I want to thank Doc and Mary for making it possible for me to drive away today with a brand new Corolla. I also want to thank Jason for helping with the paperwork needed for financing, transfer, and insurance. I am looking forward to my next 246,000 miles.on my new car. You guys are the best. More

It was an easy process and I was not pressured into warranty services, which happened at another dealership. I'm very happy with the truck and plan to go back and see Doc again when I am ready to trade in my FJ Cruiser. More

I told him it would take me 2 hr. to get there. When I arrived Cliff was waiting for me. I have been buying trucks for 55 years and I have never had a salesman treat me like I was his long lost relative, he told me all about the Toyota Tacoma, and then he showed me the truck and I knew right this was the truck for me. We made a deal and I was on my way home. I would drive 2 hr. again to deal with Krause Toyota That was the best I Have ever been treated buy a car sales men.
