Carl Easley offered the best sales experience I’ve had purchasing a new vehicle. The finance department could use some lessons from Carl, they were high pressure, condescending, and just plain rude, tryin purchasing a new vehicle. This is not the first vehicle I’ve purchased from Krieger Ford and never was treated by the finance dept. like I was the day I picked up my truck. I would have given Krieger Ford five stars if it wasn’t for the finance dept.. I can’t believe they would condone this type of behavior. Carl Easley is polite, easy to get along with, not high pressure and makes sure the vehicle has everything you need. It was a pleasure dealing with him. More

The service at Ford Krieger in Columbus, Ohio was excellent. James Gyankumah was exceptionally good, he explained things clearly in a professional manner.
