Brought my car in for service here 3 times and every time was horrible. First time was for an oil change and i asked for a specific oil filter. 2 hours later they told me it was done and put the wrong filter was horrible. First time was for an oil change and i asked for a specific oil filter. 2 hours later they told me it was done and put the wrong filter on. They argued with me and made me pay for the filter i asked for even though i was originally told it wouldnt be a problem and then took another hour to fix it. 3+ hours on an oil change. After that i brought it in to have the stereo and transmission looked at but they couldnt find the problem with the transmission because they never bothered to try to recreate it. They at least found the issue with the stereo and ordered a part. Scheduled an appointment to have the part installed and was told multiple times it should only take 2-3 hours. Brought the car in and waited until an hour and a half later when they said they hadnt even started and that they couldnt get to it until later in the day so i left in a rental. Over 10 hours later i call to see whats going on and am told to call back the next day because the person in the service dept didnt know. At no point whatsoever was i contacted or told they planned on keeping my car overnight. I went in to try and get more details and they hadnt even started work on my car so i gave them the rental back and took my car home without them ever even working on it like they were supposed to. Worst Service Department Ever. More

Recently purchased a vehicle from krieger, and Dennis was extremely unprofessional! Everything seemed to start out fine, but once my husband showed up at the dealership and realized they hadn’t been complete extremely unprofessional! Everything seemed to start out fine, but once my husband showed up at the dealership and realized they hadn’t been completely honest regarding the condition of the truck and it was filthy!!(they knew for 3 days that he would be there).. Instead of owning up to the fact, he had a hundred excuses and was very rude. They tried to get my husband to not go through with the purchase because they had other interest and we happened to be the first to inquire about the truck. My husband was extremely frustrated and as he was leaving Dennis informed him they had gone back and “listened to our phone calls” and they had told me 4x that truck wasn’t ready for sale. 1) that was completely a lie, he never said that once! What he did say is they were putting a new bumper on the truck and would make sure it was ready to go when my husband arrived at the dealership. 2) if a vehicle isn’t ready for sale and can’t be ready within 3 days it doesn’t need to be listed on any site for sale!!
