I called and confirmed it was there and the price was correct, we submitted the credit application base this truck on auto trader at the right price. They help the truck for a week which gave me time to fly up and pick it up. Since I bought a one way flight from GA I was worried about a bait and switch tactic but the dealership was 100% straightforward and everything we agreed to on the phone was what I got. Dealership even gave it a new wash and installed my floormats and walked me through the sync setup. Very happy with it and would 10/10 be back for the next truck. More

WORST DEALERSHIP, WORST SERVICE EVERThey charged me WORST DEALERSHIP, WORST SERVICE EVER They charged me ridiculous amount of money for the issue they were not able to address and tried to charge me WORST DEALERSHIP, WORST SERVICE EVER They charged me ridiculous amount of money for the issue they were not able to address and tried to charge me even more. Also, they did not inform or provide me of the approximate quote prior to continuing with any service. On top of all that, during all 3 times I had to go there to drop off my car so they can try to do NOTHING, the condition of my car when I got it back was a DISASTER, TERRIBLE. The first time, they did not put the floor mat back in my car and did not even remember where they put it. Second time, the components and fabrics of my trunk was just left there without properly assembled back to how it was supposed to be. And finally, on third time, they told me that they had put lube on the metal part of my back seat and when I opened the seat, the lube was just dumped and smeared all over. I wish I can upload photos of this unbelievably low quality of service. I would NEVER RECOMMEND and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY to this dealership. Their customer service is beyond horrible and I cannot even describe this level of poor quality. More
