I dropped off my Jeep wagoneer for service at 8am ,they gave me a ride home and at 3 pm called to tell me service was completed. It was just problem after problem and I don’t feel like service department was completely honest. The people were very kind. However my Jeep was there a little over a month and communications were extreme service department was completely honest. The people were very kind. However my Jeep was there a little over a month and communications were extremely lacking during that time. They told me it was fixed, yet when I drove off the lot 2 separate times the same issues I took it in for were still there. I took it back a total of 4 separate times and even had to rent a car for one of the weeks because, I was told there were none available. My Jeep had a problem, one of the same problems, less than a mile away. Took the Jeep back immediately. Spoke with a different person and a car was available. Long story short. I was lied to about it being fixed and could have had serious consequences. More
