I have gotten my last 3 cars from Kufleitner Chrysler..... I have never had a problem with anyone there. The facility is very nice. I was pleased that my vehicle was able to be repaired when I took it in. I was surprised that the charge to diagnose a check engine light was so high. I also don’t like that your was able to be repaired when I took it in. I was surprised that the charge to diagnose a check engine light was so high. I also don’t like that your vehicle is taken out of sight and you can’t see if anyone is working on it. You have no contact with the service person, only the receptionist. I feel that hearing things secondhand from the receptionist is not the best. More
