He showed class and knowledge answering every single question I threw his way. I then met with Jim in finance to solidify my term and he even worked with my bank to correct an error on their end. The only complaint I have is that my car was not cleaned very well. I specified how important it was to have the windows clean and everything cleaned off of the wheels and in the fender liners.
