This place needs to do a better Job connecting their public facing website with the actual day to day operations. I purchased my vehicle here so I felt loyalty to the service department that has changed public facing website with the actual day to day operations. I scheduled my 10,000 miles service for my car and I decided to include detail and requested a rental via their web site. I emailed the service manager to solidify the details of service- received no response. I arrived to the front desk to check in and I’m informed that not only are they not doing detail work, they also don’t have a rental available. They would be able to complete the 10,000 mile service, but the rest of the items were unavailable. The manager I emailed, irritated emerged from his office to provide me with a very rehearsed Covid staffing shortage speech… Begrudgingly, I sit and wait. I would recommend the sales staff at this particular location but I will be taking my car for service elsewhere I would advise you to do the same. More
