I have a 2021 wide body scat pack challenger that I bought off the showroom floor. I got a flat tire on the turnpike and had it towed to this dealership. It took them 3 days to look at it while it sat bought off the showroom floor. I got a flat tire on the turnpike and had it towed to this dealership. It took them 3 days to look at it while it sat on the rim outside, and another 4 days to get the tire. When I finally went to pick my car up a week later it was filthy. This car had never even seen the rain till it sat outside at the dealers. On top of that they didn’t even air up the other tires. I am also waiting for them to fix a a problem that I took the car in 3 months ago for. They can’t get the parts I guess. This is the first and last dodge I will ever buy. This dealership has totally turned me away from Dodge. Kufleitner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Trucks of Boardman totally disrespected my car and in turn myself. I will never go to this place again. Service was done to satisfaction. Communication was the problem. I called to ask status of my truck 3 days after I dropped it off and was promised a call back. The advisor told me they would ask the technician and promptly put the phone on the desk until 7 minutes went by and I hung up. Never got a call back. I contacted my salesman (Bob Frederick) and he was able to get me answers the next day. If it was not for Bob, I would never visit again. Still waiting on a paint issue with my Jeep that was promised to be handled since April. Not what you would call a happy customer. More
