I purchased a jeep several weeks ago. I realized the radio did not work. I was told to bring my jeep in for them to take a look at it. I brought it in the Friday after I bought it, waited I realized the radio did not work. I was told to bring my jeep in for them to take a look at it. I brought it in the Friday after I bought it, waited almost three hours to be told I would have to come back again because they couldn't figure it out. I brought my jeep back the following week and picked it back up the same day. I realized several days later that the service department screwed a metal box in my trunk with wires sticking out everywhere. I was never asked if this was okay or even told the box would be placed there. I never would have agreed to that. I then had to come back another day to sign resign loan paperwork. I let them know I was not happy with the box being placed there and sent pictures. Without knowing what the box was, I was told it most likely had to be left there in a dry level location. I do not beleive that is true. When I called the service department instead of looking to see what was done and why it was put there, I was told to once again stop back in and they would look at it. I called the service manager and have not received a call back. I'm not sure as to why the service department couldn't give me an answer as to what the box was or why they would put it there. They placed it there, they should have known exactly what it was. I am highly disappointed, I don't know anyone who would purchase a vehicle for that amount of money that would be okay with what was done to my jeep. I am not trying to be rude or complicated but this is completely unacceptable and a lazy effort to fix something that should have been checked before the jeep was sold. More

Horrible customer service from the service department. Asked for synthetic oil change, they didn’t do it, they did reg oil. Asked for inspection for lease buy out and they did a multipoint inspection in Asked for synthetic oil change, they didn’t do it, they did reg oil. Asked for inspection for lease buy out and they did a multipoint inspection instead. I called and asked 3x for copies of this inspection and was never emailed anything. Called again today and was told they never did the buy back inspection. My son is the one who picked up the car and when he asked if everything had been done they said yes. I’ve been calling to get a copy of what they did. Called the manager back who is now no longer there, called service again today and was told what they did. Never going back. More
