Happy 2006 S60 Owner! Kundert has serviced my 2006 S60 since I bought it new from them, and the car which has 200,000 miles continues to run like new. Kundert Volvo excells in service. For many years I had my Volvo serviced in Manhattan. The experience was satisfactory but forgettable. The service personnel at Kundert go the extra m For many years I had my Volvo serviced in Manhattan. The experience was satisfactory but forgettable. The service personnel at Kundert go the extra mile to make certain Volvo owners are eager to return. Booking appointments is a pleasant experience and reminders are sent in a timely fashion. The service staff is courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful. On my most recent visit, the small repair was going to take whole longer than anticipated, so I was offered a courtesy car despite having said I would wait. As I had done the paperwork on my previous visit, I was handed the key and departed. Later that evening, I received a message that my car was ready and that I could collect it the next morning at my convenience. I received a coupon for a free car wash and was on my way home within 15 minutes of arriving at Kundert Volvo. What more could one ask of a service department? More
