Excellence Begets A Satisfied Customer! I've been coming here for 14 years ever since the purchase of my car and I would not trust it to another Volvo dealer. My service specialist, Pete Pe I've been coming here for 14 years ever since the purchase of my car and I would not trust it to another Volvo dealer. My service specialist, Pete Pesce, is courteous and extremely helpful and his partner, Chip Griffin is the same. They are great assets to Kundert Volvo of Hasbrouck Heights and the reason why I keep on coming back when the need arises! Finally, when my car needs service, it is always done in a timely fashion and well executed. More

Brought car in to find a short that is draining battery Brought dead car (38,000 miles) in that was purchased there new, where a new battery in the car was less than a month old. They had the car for 2 we Brought dead car (38,000 miles) in that was purchased there new, where a new battery in the car was less than a month old. They had the car for 2 weeks, and they did not find or solve the problem. They NEVER called me with an update. I always had to call them. Emails were never returned. I had to make the decision to get the car back. They THEN charged me over $100 when nothing was fixed and I still have the problem, and it could be dead any time I need the car. They said that their time needs to be paid for, and I should feel lucky they are not asking for more. A Volvo dealer should be able to fix a Volvo problem to make it safe, and at worst keep me updated on the status. Just keeping the car there was a waste of my time, and I'm still left wondering what to do, and if I need to sell the car and get a new one that is a different brand, that can have problems resolved and be a safe reliable car. More
