I brought in my xc60 for routine service. A chronic complaint of mine is the power outlet in the middle console. As per Volvo service,"fuse may blow if I disconnect my charger while the car is on." T complaint of mine is the power outlet in the middle console. As per Volvo service,"fuse may blow if I disconnect my charger while the car is on." The fuse has been fixed numberous times. A find it hard to believe a $40,000 dollar car can't handle a charger being disconnected. Another chronic problem is the squeak I hear when I drive over small bumps, driveway entries, and speed bumps. Previous explanations have been 1)loose nut/screw under the seat 2)something came lose on right side of car when i had to use the jack to fix the tire. The service manager has ridden in my car for a ride to hear the squeak. The squeak resolves for about 1 week after service but returns. Again, this is $40,000 car and the squeak can't be resolved permanently. As the squeak does not effect car performance, it is an annoying noise and I pay alot of money for this car. I researched lemon laws but this sqeaking problem does not fit the category. At this moment, I do not plan on purchasing another volvo. More

Known Chip for a long time as a member of Kundert service team -- I'm with my ninth Volvo. The quality of his work has always been excellent and I know him to have a great sense of humor, while always disp team -- I'm with my ninth Volvo. His diagnosis of Volvo problems has always been right on. The last time I was serviced he told me about a leak in oil system that I was not even aware of. Could have been a real problem if he had not called it to my attention. He also called my attention to the fact that my brake pads were low & could be a safety problem.
