I felt dismissed when I tried to tell the service person that I had purchased the warranty when I purchased the car. He told me the tire sensor wouldn’t be cover I asked questions and he told me to stop tal that I had purchased the warranty when I purchased the car. I did ask questions which probably wasted time but sometimes as an older woman people seem to dismiss us more quickly and I have never felt that before when I’ve come for service. I’m not sure of the name of the gentleman that checked my car in so I can’t rate the men. The woman that checks people out is wonderful. More
