Routine oil change The experience itself was ok. Kunes allowed me to use a discount coupon from a competitor. However, there were a few things I wasn't happy with. When The experience itself was ok. Kunes allowed me to use a discount coupon from a competitor. However, there were a few things I wasn't happy with. When I called to make my appt, I mentioned that I would need a new cabin filter. I asked if they could do that at the same time and was assured it would be no problem. However, upon completing the service, I was informed that I "need to replace the cabin filter " and would have to make an appt to bring it back as they don't carry that particular filter. I wasn't happy about that since I was leaving the following day for a long trip and really didn't want to smell stale air the entire trip. Also, several miles down the road my "service engine oil soon" warning came on. They had apparently not reset whatever it is that needs reset when an oil change takes place. AND, I realized that they didn't even put a sticker in the window so I would know when it's time for my next oil change. Fortunately, since I was leaving on a long road trip, I had reset my trip meter. So, I do have an idea of when my next oil change is due. BUT, I'm not happy that I now have to plan to spend another afternoon or morning doing what should have been taken care of in the original visit. I live 35 miles from KUNES, so it means allowing 1 1/2 hrs for travel plus another hour in the shop. I realize it may seem like little things, but my time is invaluable to me. More

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I took my car in to have a few things fixed and have an oil change. Rainie Barnes was so helpful and when they found something else wrong with my car I took my car in to have a few things fixed and have an oil change. Rainie Barnes was so helpful and when they found something else wrong with my car she explained everything and told me the best way to get everything fixed and stay within my budget. I will definitely bring my car back any time I need something done!!! Everyone in the service department was WONDERFUL!!!! More

Kunes Country Troy Protsman does NOT fit the old cliche "never trust a used car salesman"! He was genuine, honest, and very trustworthy!! We sat at his desk, and Troy Protsman does NOT fit the old cliche "never trust a used car salesman"! He was genuine, honest, and very trustworthy!! We sat at his desk, and he crunched numbers, re-crunched numbers, and came up with great ideas, which ended up being my car! Definitely will ask for Troy next time I'm ready to trade. Chris Boeh was the absolute best salesman - very attentive, listened carefully to what I wanted and absolutely hit it out of the ball park with his recommendation. He did not waste my time with vehicles that he knew I wouldn't be interested in or that were out of my price range. He was respectful of both my time and my money! I really appreciate the honesty and respect that was afforded me throughout the process by everyone involved. I also had some work done on my former vehicle by their service department and they also were respectful, attentive and wonderful to work with. Rainie Barnes is absolutely on top of everything!
