Unfortunately they don’t communicate with you. They don’t reply to questions and just ignore the problems. I emailed the owner, GM, sales manager and my sales person and not one of them replied. I have never written a bad review before, but I feel like I was forced to based on the nonexistent customer service. I would not recommend Kunes of Macomb to anyone! Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership! More

I was guaranteed they had a specific vehicle in stock that qualified for zero percent financing. So I drove an hour and a half to find out they had no idea where the vehicle was. I don't know if they ev that qualified for zero percent financing. So I drove an hour and a half to find out they had no idea where the vehicle was. I don't know if they ever had it because they acted like they had never seen it. It turned out to be in Wisconsin with a bunch of miles, probably from being swapped between dealerships. They acted as if it was normal and they could get it for me, but I'd have to buy it sight unseen. Also couldn't work with me despite the inconvenience and the extra miles, oh yeah and doesn't qualify for zero percent financing. I will never do business with Kunes Country. More

Spent 4 hours with Skyler & Kaiser Monday. Put them through the wringer with my wants and want nots.(lol). They ended up finding me the perfect SUV! Good group of people. Friendly and fun.
