So so disappointed, not that I didn't purchase a vehicle but for the lack of consideration of my time and thinking i could just be bamboozled into a different truck i didn't come to test drive. So I found a truck online, did my research and felt confident this was the truck i wanted. I reached out to Kunes to confirm the vehicle was available. "Yes its available". Set up an appointment to see the vehicle. I was running late and messaged dealership and they responded with " sound good, we'll see you soon" Actually responded as i was at the dealership. Upon arrival i was greeted by Nick. Nick asked if I was sure set on that make/model because somewhere in between 10-2 that truck was picked up from another dealership and sold. Pretty sure the truck was sold when I inquired but they just wanted to get me in the door and try to put me something else. Don't waste your time like I wasted mine. More

I would not recommend having any service done here. I took my vehicle for an oil change, never having a single issue on the car prior. The next time my car was turned on it would not start, needed to b I took my vehicle for an oil change, never having a single issue on the car prior. The next time my car was turned on it would not start, needed to be jumped, and threw every code in the book - battery, transmission, and everything in between. The manager did nothing to help except argue that it was a coincidence. It is not a coincidence that a car that has never had a single light ever turn on, with under 60,000 miles, suddenly won't turn on the same day an oil change was done. This is the second issues from Kunes our household has had where an oil change from them turned into hundreds of dollars needing to be fixed on our own. More
