Did a bait and switch. Called to see if a car was available and was told yes. Called back to cancel appt. for other reasons and was told car was sold the day before. Thought that was weird and sent email asking if car was still available. Manager said they would look into it. The next day, got an email stating the car was sold last night (night after the day before). So, was told car was sold on two different days. Also was told to just come on in because they have a lot of cars for sale. Shady More

Made an appointment on 9-5-2023 to view a car the next day on 9-6-2023. Was told the car is available. Called back (same day 9-5-2023) to cancel appointment for other reasons and was told car was sold yes day on 9-6-2023. Was told the car is available. Called back (same day 9-5-2023) to cancel appointment for other reasons and was told car was sold yesterday on 9-4-2023. Glad I called. Sent a message asking is this car still available or sold? Was told they will look into it. Got a message from manager saying the car was sold last night on 9-5-2023 and to come in because they have many cars for sale. Either this place is completely inept or obviously doing a bait and switch. More
