5000 mile oil change didn’t happen and stated I had a bad power steering pump. I had them check the front wheel alignment, forgot to do the oil change, but said they did. Had to go elsewhere.They got the pum power steering pump. I had them check the front wheel alignment, forgot to do the oil change, but said they did. Had to go elsewhere.They got the pump in, dropped off truck and didn’t get it back for two weeks. Said it wasn’t power steering pump, but re-aligned back axle and test drove it to verify. Said bad from factory .I would at least verify on wheel alignment machine. It never was right! I came back for an oil change and the tech never reset oil and air filter replacement. Tire rotation put the back tires to front and front to back. After about 7,000 miles, I noticed wear on front tires and steering pulled to right. Noticed tech never changed the air pressure. 80 in front, 70 in back. Took picture on display. I only had 46,000 miles, but 1 tire had balding on parts of the tire, indicating bad camper or toe. I bought new tires and preformed a total alignment inspection. Got the report and found it was not aligned right and the tire worn did come from bad camper and toe on the front right wheel. Now, also told I needed two new front balljoints. I don’t know what was done at Kunes, but the work completed there costs me repairs that could have been avoided if diagnosed properly at the start. It’s a joke, even hearing from one of there salespeople trying to correct or sell another car. Never heard back from him. Very typical!This experience has pushed me over the edge for any GM product and certainly never recommend Kunes! I should have known better listening to customers talking about their service nightmares while waiting for my vehicles to be fixed. More

The process of buying a truck through Kunes went very smoothly. Our salesman Tristan was great. However, we drove 4 1/2 hours to buy the truck, they knew 2 days in advance that we were coming to see the smoothly. Our salesman Tristan was great.
