I hadd reached agreement on a price for a newer Corvette. Price and trade values were acceptable. I did have concerns about base option package and did look for a Corvette with my preferred options.. In my Price and trade values were acceptable. I did have concerns about base option package and did look for a Corvette with my preferred options.. In my search, I was told GM dealers could not sell my particular model and model year Corvette as GM issued a "Stop Sale/Recall". I called my Kunes salesman and they confirmed the Stop Sale. Up to this point, communication was excellent. I made an effort to reach my salesman or manager named Tyler and the GM. At this point, I was ghosted. No callback, no text, nothing. Based on my initial experience, I thought I had experienced something new in car sales. What I do know is NO ONE is that busy that anyone of the three people I had contact with were to busy to return a call. More
I have an extended warranty added to my vehicle. After having my car for 3 days and having 3 different techs saying they could not find the noise. I was told you have plenty of time with the warranty to fix it, let it get louder. Then after I went to go pick it up after the service person called me to pick it up instead of calling and telling me we found out the issue, they waited to tell me they found it. When it came time to work with the warranty they did not do nothing to make sure I was taken cared of, I even had to call the warranty myself and get it going. This dealer will do the most to get your money and help the customer. Think about it before spending money m, and trusting your vehicle here. More
I am leaving this review on behlaf of my daughter. ..If I could do a 0, I would- horrible dealership. Adds overpriced warranties onto car prices. Ask for manager to discuss how this business "screwed" my daughter out of thousands of dollars on a new car, with door ding, scratches & 2000+ miles. I have to talk to Sarah ( who claims she's a manager) in finance dept. I want to talk to Sarah's boss!! Other managers are always "in a meeting"....so many meetings going on there! You saw an inexperienced car buyer come in there & took full advantage of her! How much does that ceramic spray coating really cost? i know there are 6 other things covered under that warranty but my daughter has auto insurance. She will pay the cost, which shouldn't be more than $1000 & the rest of that policy should be cancelled!! More

Please go to the Kunes Greenfield location if you are looking to purchase a Buick/GMC in the area, I am regretting not doing that myself. Their GM Bill is incredible, and runs his dealership the right way with excellent customer service. It was raining the day I purchased the vehicle so it made it tough to truly inspect the outside of the vehicle. Unfortunately for me, that meant they had hid hail dents that were on the hood. They were very small, and there were a few of them that should've been a quick fix. However, I didn't notice them until the week after I purchased it when I finally got a chance to look at it in the sunlight. Never would my vehicle been in position to be dented like that after purchasing, thus, they were absolutely there before I bought it, and I just didn't see it due to the rain. I contacted the sales rep and dealership right away about the dents as I expected them to fix them. I was immediately told to bring it in the next week and get it fixed. The next week rolled around, I inquired with the sales rep on a time that would work, and he told me there's nothing they can do because I hadn't purchased the cosmetic warranty, after having told me to come in previously (even though the warranty should not matter as they were there before I bought it). They then offered to get me a quote to fix it with my own dime. On top of that, when I then started asking questions and complain that I shouldn't be responsible for this, I was completely ghosted and could not even get a response back, even tried calling and was sent to 5 other people punting this issue off on each other. Hours later I received a text that said "A manager will call you tomorrow". Not shockingly at all, I did not receive that call that I was told I'd get. I went to the Greenfield Kunes location to see if they could help me, and the GM Brian was a tremendous help in getting it fixed up for me. He immediately set me up with his "dent guy", and it less than 5 minutes to clean up the roughly 12 dents he found on the hood, and they didn't charge me a dime. The dent guy said there had been a recent storm that went through leaving many cars in the area with a very similar dent pattern, that he had helped other dealerships with dents in the area already that same week, and was clearly from that storm. He confirmed they should have stood behind it and fixed it. With purchasing it on July 30, it was incredibly obvious that they were pushing volume and trying to get vehicles out the door. Totally understandable of course, however, I believe it crosses the line when they are willing to send you home with a brand new vehicle that has dents riddled all over it. Incredibly scummy and shady. After I had already purchased the vehicle, it was clear that I was no longer their problem and didn't want anything to do with me. Bill and the Greenfield Kunes truly know how to do business the right way, whereas the Oak Creek location does not. Despite not even selling me the vehicle, he was willing to help me out and fix the dents free of charge. I will be taking all of my service and future vehicle purchases to the Greenfield location going forward, as I am incredibly disappointed in how the Oak Creek location handled this situation. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. More
Worst dealership that I have ever dealt with in my 50+ years of purchasing new vehicles. I would encourage others to buy elsewhere even if it costs more. Bought new vehicle almost 2 months ago and paperwo years of purchasing new vehicles. I would encourage others to buy elsewhere even if it costs more. Bought new vehicle almost 2 months ago and paperwork for title and registration is no where to be found. I have been informed by my BMV that it is illegal to drive my new vehicle until this paperwork is submitted by this dealership since no temporary license plate was issued. So this brand new vehicle has been locked up and collecting dust in the garage. Can’t seem to get any help with management to move the process along. Salesman was excellent, but all this mess isn’t his fault. More
