I had an oil change and Tire rotation on 11/6/24. No problem with that service. I complained my brakes still still scraping noise and often pulse. this is not at high speeds. I had my front brakes No problem with that service. I complained my brakes still still scraping noise and often pulse. this is not at high speeds. I had my front brakes pads and rotors replaced May of '23, my rear brakes pads and rotors may of '24. Also bought 4 brand new tires. Each time I let them know the brakes are still scraping and some shimmy upon braking. May 29th they replaced lower control arm bushings. When I came in for oil change I let them know the brakes are still scraping, please check again. Were bad parts installed or what? They said they looked and they are fine. I now feel I need to go elsewhere to see if I they put in bad parts or why my brakes are still screeching when applied. More

I had to take my car back twice from just getting a regular oil change/tire rotation & battery installed. The first time a bolt was missing from the bracket on the battery. Sold me a car with a dead battery, oil leak, and loose sway bar end links. Car had trouble starting a week after driving it off the lot. Took it back for them to service and they told me the battery was h sway bar end links. Car had trouble starting a week after driving it off the lot. Took it back for them to service and they told me the battery was healthy, even after they needed to jumpstart it when I picked it back up. I also asked them to check the suspension because of knocking when going over bumps. They told me the car just sounds like that and didn’t even look into it. Loose sway bar links is a safety issue, but they intentionally ignored it to make a quick sale. Never doing business with them again. More
