I had an appointment for an oil change and I was concerned about a fluttering/ticking sound that I was hearing when I accelerated. Jason R. said they would look for a cause. Later I was told that the mechanic couldn't hear what I was hearing so we took a drive together and the sound was gone. As I was settling the bill I saw that I wasn't being charged for the "detective" work (that I fully expected to pay for) and mentioned it to Jason. He told me that they hadn't found anything and that he couldn't in good conscience charge me. He said if the problem presented itself again that I should stop in and they would take care of it. I have been going to this location for a couple of years and have always been treated with care. Kudos to the management for hiring such a pleasant and professional front line employees. I would recommend this dealership to anybody! More

I had the worst experience at All-Star Buick in Oak Creek! Mark Wade treated me disrespectfully and discriminatorily as a woman!
