BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!! I love this dealership. I was looking for a specific car and had traveled all over Illinois and Wisconsin looking. I had many bad experiences with o I love this dealership. I was looking for a specific car and had traveled all over Illinois and Wisconsin looking. I had many bad experiences with other dealerships and as a result I developed a very negative outlook on dealerships and the people working at them. From the moment I called about the car and spoke to ED to coming in and test driving the car and eventually purchasing the car I had a great experience. I felt like I was dealing with caring, honest people that cared about me the customer! ED went above and beyond to correct any problems with the car before and after the sale. I am so happy with my purchase and experience. I recommend them highly ESPECIALLY ED! More

Tried to charge me for diagnostic work. I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership. In the 12 years since ive first purchased a car from Lake geneva chevy I have never once been charg I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership. In the 12 years since ive first purchased a car from Lake geneva chevy I have never once been charged for diagnostic work whether or not the vehicle was under warranty. This time they wrote everything up and said it would be $175.00 for the diagnostic work and they would let me know after that what was wrong with the vehicle. I find it hard to believe that after all these years that they would charge a long time customer to diagnose an issue that would be fixed at their dealership. I let them know that I was going to either have the vehicle fixed or purchase a new vehicle that day. Either way I was planning on spending money with them, either by purchasing a new vehicle that day or servicing the current vehicle. Once they told me i was going to be charged for them to look at my vehicle i decided that I would not be returning to their dealership. More
