Who you know I had been working with the sales rep for some time, and he was excellent about answering questions I had and steering me in the direction we ended up I had been working with the sales rep for some time, and he was excellent about answering questions I had and steering me in the direction we ended up going. He made the entire process pretty easy even though we hadn’t stepped foot in the dealership and only viewed the inventory online. The sales price of the vehicle was good, although I could have done better closer to home. Financing left a little bit to be desired as I felt they could have done better. The sales manager didn’t seem very personable and at times seemed like he was going through the motions. For a dealership that didn’t have to do a lot of extra work (they essentially just got the sale), I didn’t feel like a valued customer outside of my sales rep. If it wasn’t for the sales rep I wouldn’t have purchased from the dealership. It wasn’t a dissatisfied transaction by any means, but not overwhelming like I felt from another dealership we passed up.
