Price was RIGHT and further more, there was no back and forth HAGGLING to receive an acceptable deal. If there ever was a training center for the art of selling cars, KUNES should be were the training is done. I have been buying cars and trucks for over 58 years and if I had to travel even farther I would still buy another vehicle from this dealer. More

They’re being cheap I made offer on one car, they refused to take my offer then I asked for final price after tax and fees, I told them the offer, they said can’t, so we I made offer on one car, they refused to take my offer then I asked for final price after tax and fees, I told them the offer, they said can’t, so we start walk away then they decided to take offer.. why take that offer if they won’t take my original offer but on paperwork is less than what I offer. I was like really??? And on other vehicle, we made the deal that I would take it if they would fill up the gas and we signed paper agree to that, then I went back later to sign papers, I asked for car mats, rear wiper, and I assume they would fill gas but nooo and they gave me cheap a$$ mat that says “kunes” on it! Really??? Like I’m going drive my vehicle with kunes on it??? Guess I have to go buy regular mats! Highly like I would not go back. Even this my 2nd time there, 2009 and 2018... After this review, I got texted message from unknown person since they never told me who they are, they saying they were dispointed with this review blah blah and then they offer me free oil change. WTH!!!! They can’t give me full gas as they promised or give me nicer mats which costs $24.99. They can’t do either way but free oil change value of what $30-40... and think I’m going drive over an hour just for oil change????? I know for sure next vehicle is NOT going be from them... by the way to person whoever text me.. do not bother text me! You’re disgusting me!!!! More
