Rock Solid I have just purchased my 2nd car from Mike. I must say, when I began my search for the 1st Chevy Cruise, I contacted him by email. I let him know a li I have just purchased my 2nd car from Mike. I must say, when I began my search for the 1st Chevy Cruise, I contacted him by email. I let him know a little bit about myself and how I hoped to be treated at the dealership. He was very polite, sincere, and attuned to my needs; a person who can have a little anxiety when pressured to buy too quickly. Mike was excellent. He treated me just right and then when he turned me over to finance, he kept checking in on me. And, to follow up, I received emails with a small greeting all the way to an invitation to a Kunes Family Reunion. My 2nd purchase was yesterday and no prior email introduction was necessary :) Mike is fantastic; funny, nice, cool, effective, and he can sell you the best car for you...because we deserve the best! Working with Robert Watt has been an honor and a pleasure as well. I can say that I appreciate and I can see the positive effects of the unity among the staff, At this time, working with Robert, Mike and Jason is such a pleasure. I will continue to stop in monthly for a free bag of popcorn, a game of ping pong with my son, and a friendly hug to the K-Team All Stars!!! More

With the new vehicle, he came out to my home to attempt to install a universal remote for my garage door opener. Additionally, he found a cargo cover to accommodate my dog. He worked extremely hard to make my purchases successful and would meet my needs.
