Although the warranty contract clearly states that the dealership that sold the warranty is obligated to refund any unearned premium should vehicle be re-sold - we have been jumping through hoops for EIGHT MONTHS. Paperwork was lost, people quit, no references in their systems. Name an excuse and we have heard it. Good luck if you need anything from these people after you walk off the lot. More

We received a call from Kelly (I think that was her name), on our answering machine, asking us to call back and ask for Jesse as he could help us with a good deal on a car. This is the third vehicle we bought at this dealership and Francisco Garcia was definitely the best sales person we’ve had so far. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and goes the extra mile to be helpful. He made himself available, after the purchase of the vehicle, to help with technical things that we are not so good at figuring out. We would definitely ask for him again when buying another car. The General Manager, Jesse; Sales manager, Eric; and Salesman, Vinny Chiappetta; care more about the bottom line than caring for the consumer. Their inability to follow through with a simple promise of Salesman, Vinny Chiappetta; care more about the bottom line than caring for the consumer. Their inability to follow through with a simple promise of a phone call and pure incompetence, cost me the ability to purchase the vehicle that I had been working with them on since Friday. After repeated promises of follow up phone calls by the sales manager, he never called. First thing Monday morning when I reached out, they informed me the car had been sold. Their response to me is that I should have put money down, then negotiated the deal. Never in my life have I seen, or heard, a consumer placing money down up front, prior to ANY negotiation. Clear lack of integrity, and GM Jesse told me the other buyers offer was a couple hundred dollars higher than mine. Apparently, first right of refusal doesn’t mean sh*t if they can make an extra buck. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and even worse values. Sales manager, Eric, acknowledged he didn’t make good on his word to follow up with me (when we were less than $100 apart from striking the deal), but said there’s nothing he can do now. No sh*t, you sold the car from underneath me. Will NEVER work “with” Kunes Country dealerships again. ZERO INTEGRITY. More
