Buying a new SUV I was just on a drive and stopped at Kunes Country auto because it was right off the expressway. I was greeted by Nicholas Ryterski. We took the SUV for a test ride and it was great. Upon returning Nick had shown me all the workings inside and outside and also asked if I had anymore questions he may not have answered. I said no and we went inside the dealership and crunched numbers and came up with something I could live with. Upon arrival Monday morning I was again greeted by Nick and he asked a few more questions before passing me off to Robert Watt. Robert went over all the paperwork very clearly and didn't have to repeat himself once. His Manager and Finance person were just as sincere and kind to me and my wife as though we were family.I visited several dealerships including one in Plymouth Wisc I had a car sold from under me after driving 56 miles to see it after being pre appoved for said car. Iam a Black man from Milwaukee and when Myself and my wife walked into this dealership we werent greeted matter of fact stares were everywhere we were so uncomfortable we are Christan people so color is irrevalant its the heart and the soul that matters. nonetheless the car wasnt there. We were told after the drive and told to choose another. Well after being told to put down a down payment of 2000 dollars cash no check nor debit I knew we were not welcome my wife asked why not debit its good as cash the finance mgr said cash only. So we left very upset and never want to ever go back to Van Horn! Next day I get a text from Mke Myers and the rest is great not only did I get a great car but was treated with dignity and respect and the color of my skin didnt stop him from the family feel he gave my wife and I and the awesome team of people inside of this dealership was reaffirming my faith in people and I truly say they are a GEM in Delavan!Thank You Mike Myers and the Staff of Kunes your real people More

Friendly sales and financing staff I went in to just look at a car with my 11 year old daughter. I fell in love with the Altima they were selling. Throughout all of this he spoke with my daughter and I as if we were good friends and never made me feel pressured.
