" Shane" My husband and I were looking to possibly buy a new Chevy traverse and trade our 2000 truck in. Our neighbor had just traded his truck in at Kunes and My husband and I were looking to possibly buy a new Chevy traverse and trade our 2000 truck in. Our neighbor had just traded his truck in at Kunes and he recommended us to talk with Shane Williams. My husband called Shane and explained what we were looking for. We test drove a couple of Traverses and I really liked them, so Shane sat down with us and wrote down what options we wanted and what we were looking for as a trade in price on our old truck. The next week he found what we were looking for and got us what we wanted for a trade in price. He went above and beyond to keep us informed until we came to buy our 2014 Chevy Traverse. He explained everything easy enough for us to understand. He even called the next day to see how things were going with the new vehicle. We left Kunes feeling like Shane and his staff really care about us as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
