This is the second vehicle that I’ve purchased from this dealership. Both times it was extremely slow process. Both times I attempted to negotiate the price however they only want to try and make a “payment dealership. Both times it was extremely slow process. When I bought my truck a few weeks ago they told me that they could sell me the truck for a dollar amount more than I wanted to spend. I walked away and then called back to see if they could stretch out the payments to be within my budget. However at this time they still wouldn’t tell me the actual price of the truck. So of course they stretched out the loan and were able to get them within my budget. This is where it goes sour. I did the simple math and realized had I paid the original payment I would have saved $4,700 dollars. So in conclusion they increased the total amount of the vehicle to get the exact amount of a monthly payment that I wanted. So when I called them out on it and spoke with Jesse the GM of the store he advised me that that should have never happened and he was sorry however he still would not sell me the truck for the original negotiated price. Then to add insult to injury after taking my “new” truck out of town with my family. I had to come right back to the dealership because my front tires had wires showing and the brakes were worn to almost nothing. So not only did they intentionally try to scam me but then they put my family’s lives at risk because they didn’t do a simple inspection that is required. Needless to say I will not be back and would recommend no one else go there either. More

Set up appointment to test drive two vehicles. I arrived less than two hours later and neither vehicle was available. No one contacted me to let me know and I was made to believe both were available. I have bought from this dealer in the past. But, this time was for a used car. A friend of mine told me to see Jon Burns. Excellent choice. He, and the car, were ready when we got there.
