Kunes Chevrolet Cadillac of Delavan

I had been researching a number of vehicles on-line and stopped into Kunes to look at a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Based on the on-line listing of the price of the vehicle I really wasn’t expecting to make a purc stopped into Kunes to look at a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Based on the on-line listing of the price of the vehicle I really wasn’t expecting to make a purchase that day, but following a test drive the sales person (Jason) talked me into sitting down to discuss a price I felt comfortable paying. I had a trade in vehicle so price negotiations involved both vehicles. Agreement on price took a while, but in the end I felt that the sales manager (Brian) did what was necessary to get me to a price point that I felt comfortable paying for the vehicle I purchased. I would also like to add that during the negotiation process I never felt any pressure to make a purchase decision that I was not comfortable with. Both Jason and Brian were friendly, professional, and ethical throughout the entire process. I came to the dealer with a pre-approval for financing from my local bank and Brian had no issue with working with my bank to get the funds for the purchase. When signing the paperwork with the finance person (Robert), he suggested and showed me that he probably could beat my bank’s interest rate on the financing. Robert was also very friendly and professional, and in the end he was able to get me a better rate for my loan. I felt that Robert went above and beyond to try and save me some money on my interest rate after the sale was basically complete. I really appreciated how I was treated throughout the entire purchase process and will definitely make the hour drive down in the future the next time I am in the market for a newer vehicle. When I went in to get my Chevy Impala, I was helped by Adam. He was very friendly and nice. He showed me a couple of cars that he thought I would like that were around my price range and I ended up choosi Adam. He was very friendly and nice. After test driving it and going over al the amenities, him and his manager got on the phone and worked their magic to try to get a bank to finance me. Even though it took quite some time for the transaction to go through, they still found a way for me to get what I wanted and I was very appreciative about that. So all in al, I would say my experience with Kunes and Adam was a plus and I would definitely recommend someone else to go through them if they want a new or used vehicle. More

After searching online for a used truck I sent a online request to see if the F150 I was interested in was still available. With in 15 minutes Adam called to verify that the truck was still available and request to see if the F150 I was interested in was still available. With in 15 minutes Adam called to verify that the truck was still available and answered any questions I had at that time concerning the vehicle and that I could set up a time to see it. We arrived at the dealership about an hour before closing we test drove two vehicles, Adam went over both vehicles and the options that he had to offer. We never felt rushed but decided to wait until the next day to decide on which option would fit our family best. Walking into the dealership the next day Adam greeted us at the door ready to answer any questions we had. I liked when we did decided what we were going to purchase that there were no number games. Doing my research I knew what my trade in value was worth and that's where they came in with an offer at. We had already spoke to our bank and knew what rate we could get there, when Robert came back and beat that I was more than pleased. Signing papers was quick and easy. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to our friends and family even being 30 miles away. More

However, I was very disappointed our car came out wet in sub zero weather and that the tires froze to the ground, rotor's froze to the break pads, passenger side window was frozen shut, and the radio had a sticky substance around it like it hadn't even bee cleaned. I did address this with Mike Meyers and our car was taken back and cleaned inside very well. Overall it was a very good experience at Kune's and I will return in the future. More
