I scheduled a test drive appointment, when I arrived they told me the vehicle was not there. I rescheduled the appointment for a fee days later with the promise the vehicle would be there. To my surprise when I showed to they said the vehicle was not there again. Absolutely ridiculous that it happened twice. They need to not schedule test drives if the vehicle is not there. I drove a total of 2 hours to not even test drive a car. More

This dealership doesn’t even deserve a 1. This is due to our salesman who blatantly lied to us. We had so many issues that we would never recommend this dealership. The cars we specifically asked to see and were told we’re waiting for us weren’t on lot. We finally after 5 hours purchased a SUV it had a crack in windshield. The salesman promised on Monday it would be done. I called service center Tuesday and they had no clue. Five phone calls later and a week after purchase we still don’t have SUV. So many errors were made. Our experience was so bad. Stay away So I am happy to report after a dozen delays and issues. We are going to get the car we actually wanted. The experience has been negative but I think that was due to our actual salesperson, we did get the help we needed from Doug and David. They are the experts we should of had day 1. More

Jack and the finance professional were amazing and awesome to deal with. Hats off five stars all around for those two and Tamara who explained everything in the store to me. However the dealership had 3500 built in for new tires on the motor home I purchased, but only gave me 2800 off the price when I said I'd do the tires myself. The reason I was given as to why I didn't get the full amount was because their shop wasn't making any money off the deal then. I thought that was crappy as they weren't doing any work to earn any money. I guess I essentially paid them to do nothing? That part of the deal was absolutely 0 stars and in my mind crappy Business practice. More
