Love My Truck! Erik went above and beyond to help me get my F-150! I've had bad experiences at other dealerships but that wasn't the case here. 1999 Chevrolet Astro First of all, I drove from Oklahoma to look to purchase this van. I was supposed to be at the dealership on Friday but showed a day early. The van was First of all, I drove from Oklahoma to look to purchase this van. I was supposed to be at the dealership on Friday but showed a day early. The van was not completely ready ( not their fault). The dealership put me up for the night free of charge at a local lodge , which they didn't have to do. I drove the van on Friday and it was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the van with no problems from Kunes Chevrolet and am very satisfied. Easy and patient I initially came in to view a used Mazda for sale and was helped by Erik Beckstrom. He was able to get my information and allowed me to take a test dr I initially came in to view a used Mazda for sale and was helped by Erik Beckstrom. He was able to get my information and allowed me to take a test drive. I did not purchase anything that day because I had recently graduated and was currently in the job market and didn't want to buy anything prematurely. Erik was very understanding and gave me his contact information. He actually then contacted me a week later with a discounted offer which I was interested in. I came back a few days later to take another look. Unfortunately, Erik had off that day but I was greeted by Jasper Cicero who was also very friendly and patient. I took another test drive and weighed my options and they honored the discount that Erik had offered so i decided to purchase the car. I felt relaxed and not pressured at all and I would recommend this dealership and the team to everyone. More

Amazingly Patient and understanding Im probably one the "difficult customers" I came in at my leases end looking to lease something else. I had no clue what i wanted, or what features were important to me. Basicslly giving them nothing to go on. I drove about 5 different cars before finally becoming attached to one. Scott, Rick, and Randy all helped me with extreme patience and understanding. Not a single second where i felt rushed to decide or the professionalism wavered, even though i had to be driving them crazy... i was even driving myself crazy with my indecisiveness. I highly recommend the dealership to anyone. More

Brian Spotz took the time to show me all the vehicle's options, and he explained them thoroughly. He was patient and allowed me to become familiar with the vehicle at my own pace. Jason Braun setup all my financing very quickly, he was a pleasure to work with. In all I was able pick out a vehicle, trade in a vehicle, and secure financing all in just under 3 hours. This is a first rate auto dealership with a courteous staff, and I will definitely return for all my future vehicle buying needs. More
