The sales man ( Mike Oberthaler) was courteous and efficient. I did the transaction over e-mail and phone, no surprises and everything to the point. Mike provided all details and hotel information to make the trip easy and pleasant. Once at the dealer, the total transaction took only about 30 min. After 40 years of dealing with car salesman I couldn't believe how smooth the transaction was. Oh, I don't want to neglect the business manager, one of the best persons to deal with! I just wan to say, next time I am on the market for a vehicle, they will be on my number ONE list to deal with. It doesn't matter that I would have to do the drive again! Chevy Silverado Apex - Dream Truck I worked with two other dealers, one in Oconomowoc, and the other in Collinsville, IL. Over 5 weeks I literally tried to buy a truck with them. I he I worked with two other dealers, one in Oconomowoc, and the other in Collinsville, IL. Over 5 weeks I literally tried to buy a truck with them. I heard things like "We can't go that low", or "that package is too much for the payment you are willing to make"! So.... On Thursday, the 11th of February, I called Kunes and worked with Mark Jennison. I told him he had the truck I wanted and I also shared my experience so far. He was very sensitive to his competitors and was determined that they could make it work. He invited me to come in the next day! Friday the 12th came and went with me driving home my 2016 Apex Silverado. Jason from finance worked from the night before up to the moment I signed a contract to get me into that truck. Mark has continued to follow up with me to make sure my experience was satisfactory.
