Worst buy! Safety issues parts missing they say "fell off" Bought a 2006 Chevy Avalanche it has a sqeaking noise the salesman Jeremy said was a A/C belt. I am on disability and feel taken advantage of. He was Bought a 2006 Chevy Avalanche it has a sqeaking noise the salesman Jeremy said was a A/C belt. I am on disability and feel taken advantage of. He was going to include a full tank of gas but was just above half. The noise has gotten louder and really loud now! My mechanic found the front axle nuts were not even on it. Kunes said they must have "fell off" talked to several dealers they state driving it that way I was lucky it didn't cause an accident and stated it could have been deadly. They are now ignoring me. I had other dealers tell me the nuts are lock nuts they "can't just fall off". There are belts pullys and bearings I have paid to replace and the noise is extremely loud now even though I don't put many miles on. I contacted the General Manager Scott Kunes but he never even replied. Now seeking legal action and having to get this diagnosed but has to be at a GM dealer. Very upset and taken advantage of. Never buy from them! More

Our salesman, Mark Jennison, let us test ride several vehicles to narrow that search. Mark insisted that we drive a vehicle over the weekend to be certain of what we desired. From that weekend drive, we realized that we needed more of the safety options and a different interior than what was available on the lot.
