Very disappointing Our sales guy as well as the sales team was great. This review is all about the service department. We bought a truck. Within 12 hours the drive shaf Our sales guy as well as the sales team was great. This review is all about the service department. We bought a truck. Within 12 hours the drive shaft broke. They did have it towed right away. Great! But since then, it has been nothing but bad information. First the wrong part was ordered. Ok. Mistakes are made. Then, after many run around comments, they re ordered the part. Guaranteed it to be here at a certain time on a certain date. The date that the "right" part was to be there, it was on back order. The solution they gave us: order it yourself. The sales team has been trying to make it right with us. Put us in a loaner, free tank of fuel (when it is done), oil change. Again, the sales team is great! But the service department could use some help. They have given us a "not our fault, not our problem attitude" about this problem. Very disappointed. More
