Communicated with a number of Ram dealerships in MN and WI on purchasing a new RAM pickup, Kune`s had a truck in stock that fit my needs. When it was time to complete the purchase worked with Peyton at Kun WI on purchasing a new RAM pickup, Kune`s had a truck in stock that fit my needs. When it was time to complete the purchase worked with Peyton at Kune`s to work on the final invoice number, That’s when all the extra fees were added to the invoice - $495.00 for Nitrogen, Wheel Locks $295.00, Kune`s Appearance Package $2,495.00, ect. Thousands of dollars added to the final purchase price making the final price higher that all the other RAM truck dealership offers. It should be noted that all the other RAM dealerships provided clear and detailed invoice costs with no hidden fees, only Kune`s played the extra fee game like $495.00 for Nitrogen filled tires. I would caution people to think before dealing on a new vehicle from Kune`s as there are many other RAM dealers that will treat you better in purchasing a new truck based on my experience. Next expect a canned response from Kune`s management in which they say nothing. More

Had lots of issues after buying a 2022 Honda CRV in 2024. Starting with hidden fees and the finance guy trying to convince me I needed things I knew I didn't. Then there was mechanical issue which they told me were due to a recall and I would need to take it to a Honda dealer(my personal reader said an O2 sensor) I took it to a Honda dealership and after a couple hours of waiting they said there were no active recalls and the issue was an O2 sensor. The Honda dealership also couldn't fix the issue because it was within 30 days of purchase, so back to Kunes I went. I told them what the Honda dealership said but they wanted to check for themselves. After waiting way too long they told me it was an O2 sensor and they would call me to make an appointment once they receive the part. a couple weeks go by and I finally receive a voicemail while at work, I call after work and set up a appointment to have it fixed. I bring it in, wait a couple hours in the lobby, and someone comes out to tell me the O2 sensor is bad and needs to be replaced. I said "what?! I know, you're supposed to be replacing it that's why I'm here". This person proceeds to tell me they don't have the part, luckily I still had the voicemail so I played it, they check with the parts department then come back to tell me they should have it fixed in a couple hours. This is just one example of what it's like dealing with Kunes. I don't even have time to describe what it has been like dealing with kunes and their gap insurance provider to resolve warranty refunds and gap payment after my car was totaled in a hail storm in April. As of September 5th I'm still waiting for Kunes to send payment to the loan provider. More

It shouldn't take 2 hours to get an oil change! I had an appointment at 10:00. I got there at 9:51. They took it right in. They came & told me it was done at 11:45. That is NOT acceptable!
