terrible overall. without being too long winded, I corresponded with a sales associate and a manger for 3 days before driving an hour to see the truck I was planning without being too long winded, I corresponded with a sales associate and a manger for 3 days before driving an hour to see the truck I was planning to purchase. I even reached out immediately prior to leaving and got a response that they were expecting me. when I arrived they informed me that the truck had been sold the previous day. This completely wasted my entire afternoon and was a very shady way to still get me in the door of their dealership only to try to sell me something else. I conveyed my disappointment to the manager on staff. They said that they apologize and would try to make it right, but I never heard from them again and they never reached out for any sort of follow up. Overall I would not recommend this dealership. could have been a one-off experience, but its one I will not soon forget and would go out of my way to buy from someone else. More
