Purchased a brand new 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from this dealership a few months ago. The vehicle was brought in five (05) times to the service department with major front end steering and suspension c this dealership a few months ago. The vehicle was brought in five (05) times to the service department with major front end steering and suspension components replaced without fixing the problem. Eventually traded the vehicle back to the dealership under the Illinois lemon law for a new 2023 Cherokee Trailhawk. $9500 loss to me. The dealership totally screwed up the financing (I have excellent credit) with the bank . The bank returned the paper work saying the dealership's figures were totally inaccurate. The dealer failed repeatedly to respond to the bank. Repeated calls to the dealership have not resolved the matter. The dealership is incompetent, lies to the customer, and is incapable of resolving any issue. They then threaten you if you attempt to persist for resolution. Securing n attorney. Will return the vehicle and seek monetary damages. Stay away from this Kunes dealership and any other Kunes dealership. Would give zero stars if possible. UPDATE...MATT FROM THE DEALERSHIP CALLED ME ON 6 MAY 23 unsolicited call,demanded I change my honest unfavorable review. He actually threatened me and swore at me if I didn't change my review. I left a message with the dealership management that I would file a criminal complaint and civil action if anyone from any Kunes dealership contacted me again..STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP...THE ARE MORE THAN INCOMPETENT LIARS THEY ARE DANGEROUS. I couldn't be happier with the personnel and the service which I received at Kunes Repair. Alma just doesn't answer phones, she is so knowledgeable and forward thinking about each customer. Mr. Crabbe mak which I received at Kunes Repair. Alma just doesn't answer phones, she is so knowledgeable and forward thinking about each customer. Mr. Crabbe makes sure everything is exactly as you want and ensures that the best parts are used and installed. Once the sale paperwork is done it all goes to xxxx. Picked up car and the oil change warning is on saying the vehicle is 800 miles past service. We call and the sales manager apologizes and arranges a time for us to bring it back to have it done. I get there at the arranges time and no one seems to know about the appointment and the sales manager is not there. I discuss the issue with the person in service who very kindly expedites the service. While waiting I go upstairs to try and get a copy of the paperwork. While I am there the service person comes up and says the car is ready. She goes in to say that it HAD actually been done before delivery of the car however they had not reset the computer on the car. The car is running so I get in and drive home. The next morning I go to start the car and the service warning comes on telling me I am a 1000 miles past the service schedule. WTH. The computer was still either not reset or the service was not completed. Now I call and leave a message for the sales manager. It’s 3 days later and no return call. Once I get a return call I guess I will have to try and schedule another trip to the dealership (during working hours) to have them look at it again. Experience started out great then fell apart right after the sale was completed. Very dissalointing as no one seems to care! More

We have always received quick, professional, courteous, and honest service at a fair price. I oftentimes work on my own cars so I would know if this dealership was dishonest or incompetent. Because they are so fair, professional, and trustworthy, I bring my vehicles here when there is work needed that I cannot handle or simply do not want to deal with at the time. I highly recommend them. More
