Visited the service center twice in two weeks to repair/ properly diagnose a squealing drivers side wheel. Initial visit an alignment was performed and did not correct the issue. After a return visit I was properly diagnose a squealing drivers side wheel. Initial visit an alignment was performed and did not correct the issue. After a return visit I was told it was my caliper covers causing the noise in which they only took off one side and left them on the opposite. After visiting a local sycamore mechanic, it was two seizing pins in my caliper and a need for replace breaks which was never mentioned by the dealer. I also had two back listened plate lights that were out that was also not discovered. I would not recommend this dealer for any repair service. More

Was given a quote via text which was confirmed. I agreed to this and when I arrived to pick up the bill had a in explainable increase of around 300 dollars which I was told I could call back and ask the service manager the next day. This coupled with the bait and switch car shopping appointment across the lot the week before leads me to never do business with this company moving forward. More

The service staff representatives and service technician were excellent. My vehicle had tire/road noise. The team quickly diagnosed the tire defect (surface depression - set mark), present on all 4 tires. T were excellent. My vehicle had tire/road noise. They swapped tires to confirm the issue was indeed with the tires. They took the time to show me the defect and made great suggested options for tire replacement. They received the new tires the next day; balanced the tires and aligned the wheels. The result is a very smooth and quite ride.
