Once your car is paid for, the level of honest service drops significantly. My car was paid for this year, and only had 54,000 miles on it. I accidentally bumped into my power vac while pulling into my garage. There was no damage and my air bags did not engage. A warning did come on my dash saying to check air bag. I went to my dealer and they said it could not be reset, that I needed a whole new module, parts and labor cost $1800.00. I had read in this case it can be reset, but they said no. Then my air conditioner kept returning to factory setting and my car wouldn’t start about a week later. They said the battery wasn’t connected right after the module was put in and they corrected that. Then they said the computer did not show that my battery was bad, but it was, finally cost $550.00. So from simply bumping into my power vac, I was out $2350.00. Perhaps my battery was coincidentall, however no one thinks so, and everyone I shared the story with has agreed the new module was unbelievably shady. I have heard many other people complain about this place, but did not believe it myself until now. More

IT was mixed information about the cost and I thought the price of the part was outrages but I got my vehicle back.
