The service staff representatives and service technician were excellent. My vehicle had tire/road noise. The team quickly diagnosed the tire defect (surface depression - set mark), present on all 4 tires. T were excellent. My vehicle had tire/road noise. The team quickly diagnosed the tire defect (surface depression - set mark), present on all 4 tires. The suspected cause was tire storage (ex. rack storage) at assembly or manufacturer. They swapped tires to confirm the issue was indeed with the tires. They took the time to show me the defect and made great suggested options for tire replacement. They received the new tires the next day; balanced the tires and aligned the wheels. The result is a very smooth and quite ride. I really appreciate the relationship and confidence that repairs will be done right. Thank you, team and great job,! More
