Kunes always offers perfect service but one thing I don’t appreciate is when they approach you regarding issues with your car in front of other customers. If you have the MOPAR warranty. Your vehicle will be the last to be looked at, and they will have little to no communication with you. The last 3 times my vehicle was in service, it Your vehicle will be the last to be looked at, and they will have little to no communication with you. The last 3 times my vehicle was in service, it took 6 business days each time before they diagnosed the vehicle. They took another week to fix the issue. Picked up my vehicle, got home, and had to tow it back to the dealership. It's been 13 days, and I still haven't had word back. More
