12. 3.25 i got pre approved for a car after website online. BASEMENT KEVIN came in spoke to him told him what i had my title for trade and 600.00 down-pay 3.25 i got pre approved for a car after website online. BASEMENT KEVIN came in spoke to him told him what i had my title for trade and 600.00 down-payment. OK he says got it come in. Got at dealership they passed me over to Nicholas and then I told him that I had a title and down-payment he says great. He leaves comes back let me see you title and the debit card. I tell him that I wanted to look at cars he said we'll that one is the only one your loan approved! I am like what? I didnt like the car it was super high payments I am a elderly disabled lady with brain cancer and I can't afford 700.00 a month I only get social. And hes like well dont worry we won't charge u until Jan. Ok so I give him my debit card he charges my card 600.00 and I am leaving there without a car without signing papers without nothing but brushing his teeth and spitting out in trash can like he gave a lovely rock. Then he says oh you need a cosigner and I said I dont have no one. He asked my friend there if he could do it he said no and then Nicholas said what good are you? This place is rude & I have never ever in my life have I acted like that! I want my money and here it is Jan 7 2026 and I still haven't got it back my debit card is closed so Nicholas will never get another dime from me. I was told to get law enforcement involved that is on next step in mean time I am going to post and repost review until Mr.KUNES CONTACTS ME AND I GET MY MONEY BACK! I dont understand how anyone could steal from someone that is like me. I never done anything for you to treat me like I am trash! More
