Not a good experience. Previous day said we would arrive between 10:30 and 11:00. Arrived at 10:40. Had sent email to Joshua asking if there were three different options on the car. He confirmed back via text that the car had all three. When we got home and checked, the car did not have lane departure warning, which was one of the three options that were confirmed to us that the car had. More
