It started bad to begin with. I made an appt with someone that I felt I built a rapport with for the next day. He indicated he would be there, yet it was his day off and I was "passed" to a sales associate. that I felt I built a rapport with for the next day. They kept trying to push a 1 year old NEW vehicle (2019). Even though I knew what I wanted, we spent hours there, constantly waiting. There were several other customers there complaining about how long things were taking. And the deals were not so great. They wanted invoice for a $80k 2019 vehicle in July 2020! More
