Bought a car Oct 6, 2020 didn't even get it home engine blew. Contract cancelled. Bought a hyundai on Oct.23 and the transmission went two days later. They are fixing it but no loaner. Terrible! I bought a 2019 Ram 3500 pick up on July 29,2020. Logan, the salesman pointed out a yellow spot on the passenger side front fender. He assured us that it would be repainted. They did a HORRI 29,2020. Logan, the salesman pointed out a yellow spot on the passenger side front fender. He assured us that it would be repainted. They did a HORRIBLE job. Paint runs down the fender. Not only did they do a bad job, they put an extra 64 miles on it, left a dirty footprint on my windshield and the remains of their lunch in the back seat. Phil the GM looked at it and agreed to have it repainted again. Well, they didn’t. They tried to wet sand it. I know this because the truck was filthy when I picked it up. Wet sanding crud all over it. The paint runs? Still there. Only now the clear coat is coming off. I’ve called a minimum of 10 times( got a call log). Thus far they refuse to call me back. I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Their business motto is “ Faith, Family and giving back”. They’re definitely giving it to me. Beware of this place! On top of all this. Not one person in the facility wears a mask! This place needs to be reported. More

I took my vehicle home and a month later I'm being told my finance deal fell through . I'm so disappointed because I put money down, bought full coverage insurance. Mike calsl me on 10/9 Rudely exclaiming I need to bring them there vehicle. I told them to come get it. Now im sitting here trying to recover my down payment.and the run around by Phil. Ughhh a nightmare. They delete negative reviews off Facebook and most of the "happy " customers are encouraged to post prior to leaving the car lot. I already had a 2016 Chevy Cruze so all this unnecessary stuff was meaningless. More
Need a zero star option for these guys. Horrendous dealership. Agreed upon sales price was not honored at time of vehicle delivery. I gave Tracy Peterson (sales person) and Phil Lafata (sales manager) 4 weeks to rectify the issue. Zero response from either one. Kunes Country - never again. Buyer beware. Mafioso-style crooks. More
Should give zero stars made an appt.to view a car i had seen a week or so b4 its an hr. And a half drive there and i brought my wife and son so they can drive our vehicle home so i can bring the durango home.i get there someone else is test driving the vehicle then checking things out and decides to buy it now i know i didnt pit a deposit down but it was pretty obvious i was coming to buy it.still i made an appt.they should have gave the man a test drive and said the car is pending a sale from a previous buyer.i would have come and even though i was certain in my mind to buy it if i didnt they could have called the guy and said the sale fell through and sold it to him.nothing like sitting there while someone else is buying the car you came to buy.then the salesman was too cowardly"gabriel" to come out and tell me to my face.he calls me from inside the building sorry sir the car just sold! We purchased a Ford F-150 King Ranch truck on Thursday 9/17. During test drive and ride home (40 miles away) we had no issues. Next morning we leave for Wisconsin for the weekend and the brakes are squeal 9/17. During test drive and ride home (40 miles away) we had no issues. Next morning we leave for Wisconsin for the weekend and the brakes are squealing, the check engine light goes on, and there is a weird noise underneath. Called Nick the sales guy right away to tell him. He says bring in Monday. We drive the 40 miles back on Monday for them to tell us they don’t have a loaner car available until Wednesday so come back then. We borrow a car swim family member and drop the car off on Tuesday morning. Tuesday night the service guy calls and says they have diagnosed all the issues and sent to sales for approval. We called Wednesday- still waiting. We called today Thursday - swill waiting. We purchased an expensive truck with warranty that we haven’t been able to drive and wasted a half of tank of gas going there and back twice! Our first time buying at this dealership and defiantly our last. At this point I will just take my old car back and the $500 down payment I made! More

I wish I could give them a 0 star. I have been trying for almost 3 weeks to purchase a vehicle. Sarah tells me the true car price is accurate. With the qoute they gave they gave me an offer on my car for almost 3 weeks to purchase a vehicle. Sarah tells me the true car price is accurate. With the qoute they gave they gave me an offer on my car. I asked for $500 more for my car. So I say I want to purchase and go online and get pre-approved. Said they would work with management then no response. Manager Sean emailed me a different price and I said this is the price I am getting on true car. No response. Next sales person contacts me and tells me the true car price is not accurate and they can not offer it at that price. True car says the price is correct and the dealership entered it. True car also sent me another $1000 of rebate for the vehicle on top of the true car quote. I just want to purchase the vehicle for the price I was given as a no haggle price and the additional rebate I was given. Can not get dealer to honor there own pricing. Also emailed corporate office with no response from them. More
Responded to an email from Kunes Woodstock about trading in my lease. Set an appointment and received a text that I would be taken care of by Dan. Arrived at the dealership(which is under construction and looks like a bomb went off) and took a look at their inventory. Absolutely no rhyme or reason as to organize makes and models. Vehicles were all dirty. Walked into sketchy entrance for sales. Greeted by a woman who asked my name and said she would page Dan. Sat at a table for 35 minutes waiting for “Dan”. The sales department looked more like pre-school rather than a sales office. After seeing the inventory, the sales office and operation of the sales team I walked out without any interaction with “Dan”! Typical shady car dealership experience. Do your research and check reviews before you waste your time! More
