Service doesn't answer the phone, minimum of 10 tries. Brought vehicle in for a headlight replacement, bumper isn't close to fitting correctly afterwards. If only I could give it 0 Stars. Be careful when dealing with Kunes, I was contacted by Tyler, who claimed to be the inventory manager, following up on my Truecar inquiry. I'm familiar with the car busines with Kunes, I was contacted by Tyler, who claimed to be the inventory manager, following up on my Truecar inquiry. I'm familiar with the car business, sold cars for a couple years, have never had my time wasted the way Kunes did. He contacted me about buying my car, knew exact the VIN mileage, etc., and told me it was worth more than the online estimate. I was skeptical because my car had 165k on it and I knew they wouldn't retail it. I made it known that I wasn't interested in anything on their lot. He knew I was coming from downtown Chicago and assured me it was worth my time. It wasn't, I arrived and was offered half of the estimate. Absolute waste of 2 hours of my time. To make matters worse, all the automated “how was your visit” messages, no response, absolute joke. Do business elsewhere with your hard earned money. More

I paid over $20,000 for a vehicle.less than 3 months ago and have had that car in twice for service on this last occasion they informed me that I would have to pay $1,060 and that something INSIDE THE GAS T and have had that car in twice for service on this last occasion they informed me that I would have to pay $1,060 and that something INSIDE THE GAS TANK was not covered for my 90 day warranty lol I would suggest to ANYONE BUYING a vehicle to not use Kunes as I feel ripped off and taken advantage of if I could leave less than one star I would More
Bought a car Oct 6, 2020 didn't even get it home engine blew. Contract cancelled. Bought a hyundai on Oct.23 and the transmission went two days later. They are fixing it but no loaner. Terrible! I bought a 2019 Ram 3500 pick up on July 29,2020. Logan, the salesman pointed out a yellow spot on the passenger side front fender. He assured us that it would be repainted. Paint runs down the fender. Not only did they do a bad job, they put an extra 64 miles on it, left a dirty footprint on my windshield and the remains of their lunch in the back seat. Phil the GM looked at it and agreed to have it repainted again. Well, they didn’t. They tried to wet sand it. I know this because the truck was filthy when I picked it up. Wet sanding crud all over it. The paint runs? Still there. Only now the clear coat is coming off. I’ve called a minimum of 10 times( got a call log). Thus far they refuse to call me back. I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Their business motto is “ Faith, Family and giving back”. They’re definitely giving it to me. Beware of this place! On top of all this. Not one person in the facility wears a mask! This place needs to be reported. More
