Just another "stealership" Service shop is nothing special. Brought truck in to diagnose a drivability issue. After waiting 2 days for the diesel mechanic who was out "sick".I Service shop is nothing special. Brought truck in to diagnose a drivability issue. After waiting 2 days for the diesel mechanic who was out "sick".I was informed that he could not recreate the problem. He wanted to flash my control modules on a whim that they where out of date. I informed him that they were custom tunes that were expensive. Nothing more was done. I feel that they could have done more. Oh yeah and then they stuck a license plate surround with "kunes county ford" on it, I did not buy my excursion from the so why are they sticking xxxx on my truck. no vacuum, no wash. But they had time for the porter to put that advertisement on the back of my rig! More

Amazing customer service I was referred to Jon by a young woman who works there her name is Sadie. She connected me with Jon. I was searching for a safe affordable car for my I was referred to Jon by a young woman who works there her name is Sadie. She connected me with Jon. I was searching for a safe affordable car for my 17 year old daughter. We found a car on their website it was a Chevy Aveo. I spoke to him on a Tuesday morning. Tuesday night my daughter and picked up the car from the dealership to bring to our mechanic to look it over. We returned the car back to the dealership on Wednesday. Then we went back Thursday after I got off of work to buy the car. They had all paperwork ready for us it took 3 minutes to sign. I felt great because Jon knew my budget and gave me a price I could afford which was fair for me and the dealership. They made my daughter feel very special since it was her first car. She even got to ring a bell I the dealership and everyone clapped. Buying a car is usually stressful and frustrating this was the easiest purchase I have ever made.
