Way to ruin a customer relationship Brought in my highly modified ST that I had for 4 years without a single issue. Traded it in for a new RS, which unfortunately is plagued by a faulty head/headgasket. I bought this car because I'm an enthusiast (why else would you buy an RS), I had every intention to modify it, and its my money and my car. Welp the dreaded headgasket failure happened to me, and their service instantly denied warranty work (they didn't even ask what was done). If something I did was to blame, sure my fault, but the RS's are failing left and right even STOCK levels. Clearly they've never heard of the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act before. All this data is easily searchable on Google. Had they been willing to work with me, I would have bought another car for my wife and had my sister (who is in the market) go there. But nope. That rubbed me the wrong way, and clearly they don't care about customer satisfaction with someone that bought a $40k sports car from them. I found another dealer to do the warranty work even modified. Sucks for them. More

New vehicle no prep Had to prep this vehicle myself. Even after bringing it in a second time for an entire day. Asked them to prep again, not done. Couldn't have asked for a better sales person to work with! I felt very comfortable and welcome, and the finance gentleman Andrew was fantastic. My new to me used car has an issue or two but Ken and the wonder I felt very comfortable and welcome, and the finance gentleman Andrew was fantastic. Best car buying experience! My husband and I chose Kunes after having a bad experience with another dealership in the area. When we walked through the door we were greeted by Ken My husband and I chose Kunes after having a bad experience with another dealership in the area. When we walked through the door we were greeted by Ken Stapleton. Ken was really friendly and had answers to all of our questions. He helped us find the F-150 that we wanted. After walking out because we weren't going to get what we wanted for our trade-in, Ken was able to get us the price we wanted and got us back in. Jason Opahle was great in answering all the questions we had about discounts and gave us a great price on the F-150. Mark Rosenbush found us a better rate for the vehicle loan than what we came in with. Zack Strigin assisted with connecting our cell phone to the vehicle and explaining Sync to us. Overall, the guys at Kunes left my husband and I very happy. Ken went above and beyond for our trade-in, Jason gave us the best price in the area, Mark got us the best rate on our loan, and Zack was great with explaining Sync. These guys work as a team and leave the customers very satisfied with the car buying experience. If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend going to Kunes and asking for Ken Stapleton.
