Horrible customer service. I inquired about one vehicle and a lease at that. I specifically stated when I was there if I agree to run my credit it only be ran once to one bank I inquired about one vehicle and a lease at that. I specifically stated when I was there if I agree to run my credit it only be ran once to one bank "GM Financial". They ran my credit 17 TIMES! To lenders who don't even lease! Today was my third attempt to call and get this issue fixed and I get transferred and then told they will call me back. Never receive a call. Why would they send it to banks that don't even lease? Desperate enough to sell a car to take it upon their selves to finance a vehicle instead of lease and run my credit 17 times, something I never agreed to. 17 TIMES!?! More

Service was completed in a timely manner but when it came time to get the bill and pay it took another 30 minutes. My wife asked the service writer if the truck was done and he said it was and that he had t time to get the bill and pay it took another 30 minutes. My wife asked the service writer if the truck was done and he said it was and that he had the service ticket and would bring it out for her. Instead he stood back and talked with other employees for 30 minutes until my wife had to go back and yell at him to do his job. Very unprofessional to sit there and talk when customers are waiting to leave. I dont think I will be going back again. More

I came in with a $60 oil change coupon and walked out paying $90 - admin fee of $3 and CC surcharge of 3%. This is after they tried to charge me for 9 quarts of oil even though the vehicle only takes 8 q paying $90 - admin fee of $3 and CC surcharge of 3%. This is after they tried to charge me for 9 quarts of oil even though the vehicle only takes 8 quarts. Tried to sell me four things I didn't need including an air filter (showed me one with leaves) - my vehicle is parked in a garage and the system said it was at 50%. The service tech was a complete scammer! Hard to write a bad review since I purchased my vehicle from one of their Wisconsin dealerships. Will never come back and suggest that buyers beware! More

I am very pleased with the service, I was having issues with my Acadia denali and my regular GMC dealership couldn't get me in for a week. My son told me to call Kunes, they got my vehicle in right away fi with my Acadia denali and my regular GMC dealership couldn't get me in for a week. My son told me to call Kunes, they got my vehicle in right away fixed and serviced my vehicle. I was going to wait , but Gus said it was going to take awhile and offered me a loaner so I could run errands. I can't say enough positive things about my experience, pretty sure I have found a new dealership. Thank you, Debbie More
